At Pompea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion essentials aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pompea account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
